DeepSeek Harness Plugins · Client
Plugins that extend DeepSeek Harness (DSH) with vision, workflows, memory, web tools and more.
Client plugins change the surface of DeepSeek Harness: sidebars, terminal UIs, marketplaces, balance widgets. Install one when the default window is what slows you down. Do not install three to compare the aesthetic. They draw on the same screen and they fail in a pile.
A sidebar that can run git is not a theme. Read which commands it exposes. Peeking at status is a small permission. Pushing to a remote on one click is a different product. The checklist uses that distinction as a worked example. A TUI is for people who want the session in the terminal. A marketplace is for discovering plugins, which this site also does, so you rarely need both a marketplace and a browsing habit. A balance widget answers "am I about to run out," and it does not route the model. Routing lives under model inference.
Pick the annoyance you can name today. Your first week allows at most one plugin, and a client plugin is the usual candidate because you can see whether it worked without a model bill.
Find the uninstall command first. Client plugins break the UI when they are built for an older Harness. If the window will not draw, remove the plugin before you install a second one to "fix the look." Two broken drawers are harder to diagnose than one.
Stars on this shelf reward polished screenshots. The screenshot is not the permission list. Read the README.
When the UI breaks after a Harness update, remove the client plugin before you debug the model. A blank window is often the drawer, not the weights. If the window returns after uninstall, you have your answer. Reinstall only when you can reverse it again before lunch. A client plugin you cannot remove in one sitting is not a client you should keep.
GitHub research assistant that equips the agent with tools to search repos, read source, list file trees, and clone candidates, then synthesize an implementation plan.
Select text in assistant replies to pin it as an independent annotation that is submitted as plugin-sourced context with your next message.
Registers a Turn Outline tab in better-sidebar that folds sessions into per-turn summaries of input, tool steps, and output, with zero AI dependency and one-click positioning back to the original chat line.
A local voice-input plugin for DSH Desktop powered by SenseVoiceSmall: click the mic to transcribe speech into a draft with language and sentiment labels across 50+ languages, fully on-device.
A draggable DSH overlay ticker defaulting to the TOPIX-linked ETF and Nikkei 225, with support for any Yahoo Finance symbol across global markets and automatic refresh throttling during market closures.
Adds lightweight SSH remote development to DeepSeek Harness, routing file, shell, and search tool calls to a remote host without adding new model-facing tools.
A long-form novel writing plugin for dsh that manages characters and world state, injects a consistency pack across chapters, drives writing with anti-AI style rules, and tracks balance and peak/off-peak usage.
Browse and edit workspace files within DeepSeek Harness sessions via a directory tree and multi-tab Monaco editor, with create, rename, delete, and Markdown preview support.
A dsh plugin that triages coding tasks into L1/L2/L3, asks minimal questions, distills experiences into plaintext Markdown templates, and auto-recalls them for similar future requests.
Pins important DSH sessions to a compact section below the Workspace header for instant access while keeping every native session row intact and storing only IDs locally.
A local, Git-native biomedical research graph plugin for DSH that organizes questions, hypotheses, evidence, and results with PubMed import and bounded one-step expansion, all staying on-device.
Widens the DSH chat column, right-aligns session stats, caps composer height, and adds live sliders in Settings to eliminate wide-viewport gutter waste.
