Problem

Daily reports are often dictated in loose, conversational language, while the required .docx format is strict. Manually editing Word files can break page setup, table merges, fonts, colors, and module content. This skill turns spoken updates into a structured report that follows the target template.

How It Works

Template first: when a user template exists, it reads page settings, title formatting, table rows and columns, merges, column widths, row heights, background colors, and run-level fonts with python-docx, then reproduces the layout while replacing content.
Dynamic modules: instead of assuming fixed sections, it extracts module titles from the template structure and asks the user for each module one by one.
Structured input: verbose spoken descriptions are condensed into table-ready bullets; empty modules receive （待补充） or None.
Built-in fallback: without a user template, it uses a clean default template and can help create a reusable 工作日报模板.docx.

Boundaries

It is best for Chinese daily reports where formatting consistency matters. Complex templates may need user confirmation for ambiguous modules, and files opened in Word may need to be closed or saved as a copy.
