About this skill
Problem
Meeting agendas for formal Chinese business contexts often require specific fonts, sizes, hierarchy, and participant ordering. Manually adjusting Word and PDF layouts can lead to repeated revisions. This skill is for cases where the user already has meeting title, sessions, times, locations, hosts, participants, and agenda items, and needs structured, deliverable documents.
How It Works and Limits
The workflow first collects missing critical fields, then builds agenda_input.json according to references/template.md, and finally runs scripts/generate_agenda.py to produce .docx and .pdf. The script can install python-docx and reportlab when needed.
- Typography: titles use FangSong GB2312, while sections, labels, and body use Heiti/FangSong GB2312, and organization headers use Kaiti GB2312.
- Structured fields: supports session name, time, location, content, host, agenda items, and participants grouped by organization.
- Delivery: confirms file paths and attaches both outputs; if PDF generation fails due to fonts or reportlab, the Word file can still be delivered.
It is useful for quickly producing standardized Chinese meeting agendas; if meeting details are incomplete, participant roles are complex, or template fields change, additional clarification is needed before generation.
Use Cases
- After a review meeting is scheduled, compile title, time, location, host, and attendees into a formal Chinese agenda Word and PDF.
- Once trainers provide class times and rooms, generate a Chinese meeting agenda with sessions, times, locations, and agenda items.
- When admin staff receive attendee names and titles, group them by organization under a numbered Persons section.
- After the organizer fills in missing title, time, and location, generate attachable .docx and .pdf outputs.
Best For
- Admin or meeting assistants who need to turn scattered meeting details into formal agenda documents with fixed font styles.
- Project leads who need quick review-meeting agendas with sessions, hosts, agenda items, and attendee organizations.
- Training operators who need to convert schedules, rooms, trainers, and participant lists into Chinese agendas.
- Document owners who need editable Word files plus distributable PDFs while preserving Chinese typography rules.
