About this skill

Problem

Workplace updates often suffer from two issues: the input is a casual list, but the output must look like a sendable report; the other issue is quantification and tone. This skill turns “I did A, B, and C this week” into a weekly, daily, or monthly draft, and it explicitly avoids inventing numbers.

How It Works

  • Dispatch: detects the reporting grain, defaults to weekly; prompts for missing input and rejects non-work requests.
  • Stylist: infers tone from cues such as “alignment,” “briefing,” or “stakeholder,” and adapts to internet, government, foreign, startup, or state-owned enterprise styles.
  • Enhancer: rewrites items with progress, impact, and key metrics; missing real data is marked as [待填:具体数据].
  • Grain Expert: uses the matching weekly, daily, or monthly persona to produce outcomes, risks, review, and plans.
  • QC and Delivery: checks format, copy-paste readiness, data provenance, and P0/P1/P2 priorities, then iterates back to enhancement if needed.

Boundaries

It works best with Chinese work descriptions, and optional context such as company type, audience, and preferred template improves output. If there are more than 15 items, compress to about 8 or split the report. It does not read, store, or transmit user data, and it does not generate English reports.

Use Cases

  • After weekly project review, turn scattered completion items, risks, and next-week plans into a sendable Chinese weekly report.
  • After handling multiple requirements, compress today's progress, blockers, and tomorrow's priorities into a Chinese daily update for a project lead.
  • At month-end, assemble key results, metric gaps, and next-month plans into a Chinese monthly report with missing numbers marked as placeholders.
  • For a government-style audience, rewrite casual notes into a formal Chinese briefing that includes requests, implementation, and results.

Best For

  • Engineers who must submit a Chinese weekly report to a manager but only have casual progress notes.
  • Product managers writing a Chinese daily update for a project lead with progress, risks, and tomorrow priorities.
  • Operations or project members submitting a Chinese monthly report where missing metrics can only be marked as placeholders.
  • Administrative or business staff drafting a formal Chinese briefing for government or state-owned enterprise contexts.
