About this skill
Problem
When producing official Chinese documents, layout details are easy to miss: A4 margins, fonts, heading numbering, first-line indent, attachment alignment, and signature placement. This skill turns the format requirements into concrete checks and docx-js-style parameters before document generation.
How It Works
The skill breaks the standard into operational rules:
- Page setup:
A4paper with top37mm, bottom35mm, left28mm, and right26mm, with approximate DXA values. - Title and body: the main title uses FangZheng XiaoBiaoSong, size 2, bold, centered; body text uses FangSong_GB2312, size 3, fixed
28point line spacing, and a two-character first-line indent. - Heading levels: level 1 through level 4 headings map to specific fonts, bold states, and numbering patterns such as
一、,(一),1., and(1). - Attachments and signatures: covers indentation, alignment for wrapped attachment names, right-indent rules based on signature and date length, and even-page placement for colophons.
It is best used with a document creation workflow: structure the content first, then convert titles, paragraphs, attachments, and signature fields into formatting parameters, and verify the result with the checklist.
Boundaries
The skill focuses on formatting rules rather than content drafting. Font availability still matters; the source provides fallbacks such as SimSun, FangSong, and Microsoft YaHei when preferred fonts are missing. For non-government documents, English documents, or simple text layout, it is more useful as a reference checklist than as a complete style system.
Use Cases
- Draft official notices, requests, or letters in Word with the required fonts, sizes, margins, and heading numbering.
- Convert multi-level materials into an official document with correct level 1–4 heading numbering and bold states.
- Verify a finished draft against attachment indentation, signature alignment, even-page colophon, and line spacing.
- Prepare document-generation parameters by mapping A4 margins, fonts, and DXA values into docx-js settings.
Best For
- Government text writers drafting notices, requests, or letters who need compliant fonts, heading levels, and layout.
- Automation engineers using docx-js who need to map official document rules to page, font, and paragraph parameters.
- Secretaries or editors reviewing layout who need a checklist for headings, attachments, signatures, and colophons.
- Business staff preparing formal reports with attachments who need correct indentation, name alignment, and margins.
