What Problem It Solves

Tender packages mix requirements, scoring rules, formatting constraints, and commercial terms. A reviewer needs to decide whether to bid, identify disqualification risks, structure the response, and check compliance before submission. This skill turns that workflow into a file processing pipeline instead of relying only on manual PDF review.

How It Works

Interpretation: provide a tender.pdf, tender.docx, or downloadable URL, then receive project info, compliance items, disqualification risks, scoring criteria, commercial clauses, pricing requirements, and control insights, exportable as HTML or Word.
Draft generation: after interpretation, select the package and target page count to generate a bid_document.docx with a table of contents, sections, and bookmarks for fields that still need manual input.
Compliance review: submit one or more bid documents to get high-risk, needs-review, and advisory findings, each tied to tender evidence, bid evidence, and remediation advice, plus duplicate detection across files.

Boundaries

Interpretation accepts .pdf, .doc, or .docx up to 50MB; compliance review accepts .doc or .docx up to 1024MB per bid file; generated bid documents are limited to 500 pages. Formal calls require a valid App Key, bid generation consumes credits, and unconfirmed content remains as fillable placeholders for human review.
