Problem

Many resumes do not lack experience; they lack clarity. Bullets often read like duty descriptions: what was done, how it was done, and what result it produced are not separated, and the wording is not aligned to the target role. Template rewrites or inflated metrics can distort facts and break formatting.

How It Works

This skill uses STAR rewriting and job-fit sorting:
- JD analysis: extracts hard indicators, tool stacks, and soft skills as rewrite targets.
- Fact fidelity: upgrades wording only; does not invent companies, titles, dates, metrics, or certifications; missing data is marked for follow-up.
- Structured rewrite: converts entries into strong verb + method/tool + measurable result, then checks meaning against the original.
- In-module sorting: entries that match core JD indicators, hard skills, or soft skills move earlier, while major section order stays unchanged.
- Format-preserving output: supports docx, pdf, md, txt, images, and Lark Docs, aiming to keep layout, fonts, columns, and bullet style.

Boundaries

It fits resumes with real experience but weak positioning. It is not for fabricating background checks or inventing projects. Without a JD, it performs general optimization, so role-specific alignment will be weaker.
