About this skill

Problem

The usual issue is not a lack of content, but scattered structure, overloaded slides, weak narrative hooks, and missing visual direction. This skill turns the path from topic to editable outline into a fixed workflow, reducing the cost of starting from a blank slide.

How It Works

Provide topic, with optional audience, page count, style, and language. It follows a six-step process:
- Blueprint: define goals, audience, key messages, and recommended slide count.
- Structure: generate slide numbers, titles, narrative purpose, and transitions.
- Narrative: reshape content using hook → problem → insight → solution → conclusion.
- Visual direction: suggest layouts, chart types, icons, color usage, and visual focus.
- Slide copy: output titles, 3–5 short bullets, data notes, and speaker notes.
- Editing: trim redundancy around “one idea per slide” and prefer charts over text.

It produces Presentation Outline.md and Visual Design Guide.md. For environmental topics, it applies a fixed palette, structure template, and icon descriptions.

Boundaries

It generates content and design guidance, not a runnable PPT file. Specific numbers require sources; terminology depth depends on audience; page count and speaking time are estimates only.

Use Cases

  • Before an environmental project review, turn policy, current issues, solutions, and investment estimates into an 8-page formal outline.
  • Before training, break environmental performance requirements into hook, problem, solution, and conclusion, with bullets and notes.
  • When briefing leadership on a funding guide, generate goals, key messages, transitions, and visual color guidance.
  • Before an English pitch, convert a Chinese topic into a formal outline with titles, short bullets, and speaker notes.

Best For

  • Consultants presenting environmental projects: need formal structure for policy, current issues, and investment estimates.
  • Training leads: need to turn performance or funding requirements into hook, problem, and solution content.
  • Project managers briefing governments or enterprise clients: need formal reporting style, key messages, and visual guidance.
  • Business owners presenting in English: need Chinese topics converted into formal English outlines, bullets, and notes.
