How the Skill Works

• Choose a space: select a familiar, reusable route with 10-20 locations.
• Encode: convert abstract material into exaggerated, interactive images with color, smell, and sound.
• Place: bind images to fixed locations; the route must not jump.
• Review: recall along the path with spaced review, not one-time encoding.

Boundaries

• If visualization is weak, start with real photo recall before invented scenes.
• It is not a replacement for learning, reasoning, or large-scale data memorization.
• Separate topics with different palaces to reduce cross-interference.
• Initial proficiency usually takes 1-2 weeks and still requires continued spaced review.
