How It Works

The skill proceeds through requirement clarification, policy interpretation, course screening, and execution planning: it first confirms the user’s industry, professional certificate, total and category-specific credit requirements, time/budget limits, and career direction. It then reviews mandatory/elective ratios, platform restrictions, and expiration rules. Next, it compares free or low-cost official platform courses, course duration, exam difficulty, and job relevance using compliance, practicality, and cost-effectiveness. Finally, it generates a quarterly or annual credit schedule that marks easy-credit “task-completion” courses and job-relevant “skill-building” courses.

Boundaries and Caveats

It does not register accounts, submit credits, or guarantee cross-region credit recognition. Industry-specific mandatory credits, designated platforms, and certificate review requirements still depend on local authorities. Full-time degree course selection, graduate exam preparation, hobby-course recommendations, and enterprise training design are out of scope.
