Problem

Learning psychology often becomes fragmented: terms such as self, cognition, and personality are easy to encounter, but their place in the discipline and their relationships can remain unclear. When reading classical texts or papers, it is also hard to separate theoretical assumptions, conceptual history, and evidential boundaries, which can lead to thin academic writing.

How It Works

Psychology Learning Companion organizes study into a discipline knowledge graph and four working modes:

• Academic Map: navigates core fields, integrative areas, and meta-level topics, and traces school lineages with representative figures.
• Study Room: supports layered reading of classical texts and tracks how concepts evolve from early sources to contemporary research.
• Lab Handbook: turns theory into reusable notes through cases, exercises, and concept, theory, researcher, and reflection cards.
• Academic Workshop: supports concept definition, literature review, argument construction, polishing, and a three-round revision workflow for course papers or research drafts.

Boundaries

It is positioned as a learning and writing aid, not a source of psychological diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. The knowledge graph, references, and templates are starting points, but key theories, data, and citations should still be verified against current literature and judged independently.
