Deleting a session in DeepSeek Harness is far more than removing a row from the sidebar. Behind every session sit durable event logs, a projection cache, workspace membership, and possibly an in-flight inference task. A direct removal is both dangerous and irreversible. dsh-session-delete splits the operation into two clearly staged steps: archive first, then decide whether to purge permanently.

Everyday use stays light. Hover a session row and pick Delete from the native action menu; the session slides into the recycle bin and an undo toast appears at the bottom right. When real cleanup is needed, open Settings and navigate to the session recycle bin, where you can search, group by workspace, multi-select, and batch-restore or batch-purge in one click. Live sessions are automatically shielded from deletion, and the entire UI follows DSH design tokens with dark and light theme support.
