Patent technical disclosures often fail in practical ways: the layout does not match a company template, prior-art defects are too generic, the invention content and embodiments lack parameters, formulas, and reproducible details, and figures must be drawn separately. Manual drafting is slow and easy to miss reviewer-facing structure.
How the skill works
inkstone turns a technical idea into an editable Chinese disclosure DOCX. Core capabilities:
- Research-driven innovation: it uses tools/prior_art.py to search papers and patents, consolidates common gaps, and extracts distinguishing features.
- Template-aligned drafting: it fills templates/交底书模版.docx with topic intake, prior art, invention content, embodiments, figures, and quality review sections.
- Figure generation: inline placeholders such as {{flowchart: ...}} and {{illustration: ...}} are rendered by tools/gen_figure.py into flowcharts, illustrations, or structural diagrams.
- Review support: tools/render_docx.py produces the final document, and tools/docx_report.py generates a review package.
Boundary
The skill does not draft claims; claims should be handled by a patent agent. Image-model figures may contain typo risks, so important diagrams need human proofreading.
