About this skill

Problem

Corporate equity analysis often stalls on stitching together multiple data sources: shareholder details, controllers, beneficial owners, upstream and downstream penetration, and outbound investments come from separate APIs. Manual review is slow and can miss trust structures, nominee holding, or minority-interest risks. This skill turns that query flow into a repeatable report pipeline.

How It Works

The skill is organized around Shuidi Credit MCP data tools:

  • It issues parallel first-round calls such as get_company_info, get_company_controller, get_company_beneficial_owner, get_company_partner, get_company_investment, and pierce_equity to cover registration, equity, penetration, and listed status.
  • It inlines query results into a data dictionary, generates an SVG equity architecture diagram, converts it to PNG with rsvg-convert, and avoids Chinese glyph boxes in the PDF.
  • It assembles HTML for cover, table of contents, executive summary, control-tier assessment, and risk notes, then renders a PDF of roughly 600–750KB.

The report focuses on control paths rather than raw field dumps: it classifies equity into six tiers such as wholly owned, absolute control, and de facto control, and highlights related entities and key findings.

Boundaries

  • The core dependency is shuidi_data; shuidi_listed supports listed-company identification, and the report marks listed info as unavailable if missing.
  • Abnormal query results are marked as data gaps rather than silently omitted.
  • This skill is for static report generation, not real-time trading, investment due diligence conclusions, or legal advice.

Use Cases

  • Research analysts compile shareholders, controllers, beneficial owners, and penetration data into a deliverable PDF.
  • Risk analysts judge whether control is wholly owned, absolute, or de facto and output tier-level notes.
  • Corporate analysts organize the related-entity landscape with investment overview and classified lists from MCP data.
  • Due-diligence assistants standardize listed status, ticker, disclaimer, cover, TOC, and AI insights into one report.

Best For

  • Research analysts: need a deliverable PDF that maps shareholders, control paths, and related companies.
  • Risk analysts: need control-tier judgment and risk clues from controllers, beneficial owners, and minority interests.
  • Corporate analysts: need to reconcile shareholders, penetration, and investments from MCP data into an SVG-backed report.
  • Due-diligence assistants: need cover, TOC, disclaimer, AI insights, and tier notes assembled into a standard report.
