About this skill

Use cases

This skill is for engineering and commercial teams tracking energy project tenders in China, especially solar panel procurement, wind turbine installation, and grid-related technical upgrades from State Grid and China Southern Power Grid. It addresses the practical problem of filtering public transaction center notices by energy category, region, amount, and notice type, reducing manual triage across titles, body text, and industry tags.

How it works

The skill calls Diting's official tender data API and requires a bound API key. At runtime, it converts natural-language intent into search parameters and focuses on bids, awards, and procurement notices; when no industry is specified, “energy” is included in the keyword. Results are rendered as a table with publication date, project or notice title, amount, region, industry, and tendering unit. Projects above 10,000,000 yuan are marked with “🔥 Major bid,” and records whose vocation_text is “energy” are prioritized, with 3–5 core notices shown by default.

Boundaries

It is suitable for initial tender screening, opportunity tracking, and filtering by region or amount, but it does not replace qualification review, contract performance analysis, or final bid decisions. Missing, invalid, or restricted API keys produce clear prompts, and empty results should be retried with broader regions, keywords, or amount conditions. Results are subject to the data returned by Diting.

Use Cases

  • Track current-month Jiangsu solar panel procurement notices and filter by amount and region.
  • Identify wind turbine installation bids over 5 million yuan in Southern Grid upgrades.
  • Compile energy-related award notices into a table with date, amount, and unit.
  • Diagnose restricted keywords and retry with broader regional scope.

Best For

  • Supplier business owners handling solar panel sourcing, who need region- and amount-matched projects quickly.
  • Energy sales engineers tracking grid upgrades, who need wind turbine installation and award notices.
  • Tender analysts performing initial screening, who need energy results in date, amount, and unit tables.
  • Market analysts assessing China energy opportunities, who need to find procurement notices within target budgets.
