About this skill

Problem

Traditional Bazi and Zi Wei analyses often get stuck on chart accuracy and cross-system validation: pure LLM reasoning about day pillars, palace placement, or luck cycles can fail early and cascade. A single-system reading also misses contradictions and confirmations between Bazi and Zi Wei.

How It Works

The skill separates chart generation from interpretation:

  • Algorithmic charting: run-chart.ts produces Bazi four pillars, luck cycles, Nayin, structure, strength, and Zi Wei twelve palaces as chart.json, instead of letting the model calculate by memory.
  • Readable text conversion: dump-text.ts renders a Wenmo-style chart.txt that is easier for LLMs to parse.
  • Branch analysis: a decision gate asks for Bazi-only, Zi Wei-only, or combined validation; long-form outputs use matching prompts, and combined mode can generate a single-file HTML poster.

Boundaries and Caveats

It requires birth date and hour; if the hour is missing, it asks rather than guessing. It excludes astrology, tarot, feng shui, and naming. Conflicting Bazi/Zi Wei signals are resolved by prompt rules and marked low-confidence when ambiguous. Investment, medical, marriage, and similar decisions receive signals, not directives.

Use Cases

  • With birth date, hour, and gender, generate Bazi and Zi Wei chart data, then write a Bazi-only long-form report.
  • Given a Wenmo-style Zi Wei chart export, interpret twelve palaces, annual four transformations, and major cycles.
  • When the user requests combined validation, produce Bazi and Zi Wei intermediate reports, then render a shareable HTML poster.
  • For a specific annual fortune question, confirm the birth hour and use the charting script to avoid LLM day-pillar errors.

Best For

  • Astrology content creators who need publishable Bazi or Zi Wei long-form reports from birth data.
  • AI workflow engineers who need algorithmic chart scripts plus model-based interpretation.
  • Traditional divination researchers who compare Bazi and Zi Wei signals and mark low-confidence cases.
  • Users who want a shareable single-file HTML poster from combined Bazi and Zi Wei validation.
