About this skill

Problem

Electrical purchase sheets often only contain name, spec, brand, and unit, without Kingdee material codes. Manual matching is fragile around unit mapping, missing brand values, vertically merged headers, and merged remark cells. Automatically chaining imports can also overwrite the shared 导入模板.xlsx file used by parts BOM and fasteners.

How It Works

  • File input: It expects an electrical purchase sheet .xlsx and Kingdee material files 物料_*.xlsx; paths can be supplied or auto-detected.
  • Matching: It first previews matched and unmatched rows with --dry-run, then writes back codes, electrical categories, machine numbers, and engineering codes in place. Matching write-back does not require extra confirmation, but Excel must be closed and .xls files should be saved as .xlsx first.
  • Import gate: If there are zero unmatched rows, the flow stops. If unmatched rows exist, it pauses and asks whether to generate the Kingdee import template.
  • Template generation: Multiple electrical sheets can be passed at once, merged and de-duplicated within the batch, with output fixed to 导入模板.xlsx, including backup, B-series code continuation, and 71-column formatting.
  • Backfill: After the user confirms full successful import in Kingdee, rerun with --backfill to map real codes from the generated template back to empty code fields, without reassigning or rematching.

Scope and Notes

Best for a single electrical purchase sheet. For mixed-type folders, use the broader purchase-sheet triage flow. Check unit rules such as unknown units, ROL=roll, and sheet metal welding parts as Pcs, and avoid using --append to accumulate historical batches.

Use Cases

  • Match electrical purchase sheets to Kingdee codes for import
  • After Kingdee import succeeds, backfill codes into the sheet.
  • Merge multiple electrical sheets, dedupe and generate import
  • When unmatched rows remain, ask before generating the import.

Best For

  • Procurement assistant matching electrical sheets to codes.
  • ERP specialist generating Kingdee import templates safely.
  • BOM engineer backfilling codes after Kingdee import.
  • Process manager avoiding shared template overwrites.
