About this skill

Problem

Official documents in China are not generic Word files. They have strict rules for issue numbers, mastheads, footers, page numbers, fonts, sizes, and line spacing. Manual layouts often mix [] with 〔〕, add quotation marks to titles, omit signers in upward documents, or violate fixed line spacing. This skill turns the format rules into a repeatable script workflow, reducing rework caused by “looks close enough.”

How It Works

  • Generation: fill a JSON config with issuer, document type, title, recipients, body, attachments, date, and optional fields; the script outputs a docx with built-in fonts, sizes, 29 pt line spacing, and A4 margins.
  • Compliance check: inspect an existing docx for 13 items, including page size, top/bottom/left/right margins, line spacing, title style, issue-number brackets, date format, and page-number placement, then report [OK], [X], or [!].
  • Writing guidance: cover the selection path for 15 statutory document types, and provide templates for notices, requests, and letters, while clarifying boundaries such as request vs. report, decision vs. resolution, and announcement vs. bulletin.

Boundaries

This skill is best for generating and checking standard official docx files. Complex manually edited documents may still need human review. Missing fonts may be substituted in Word, and the latest formal standard text remains authoritative.

Use Cases

  • Draft a downward notice in red-header format and generate a docx with correct title and issue number.
  • Format an existing request document and check classification, signer, and 〔〕 brackets for compliance.
  • Generate a parallel letter for consultation by filling template fields and outputting a GB/T 9704-2012 docx.
  • Review page numbers, line spacing, and fonts before release, then produce an [OK]/[X] report for recheck.

Best For

  • Government office secretary: draft notices, requests, and letters with correct red-header layout.
  • Document reviewer: check classification, issue numbers, and page numbers before release.
  • Template manager: maintain standard JSON templates for notices, requests, and letters.
  • Policy or administrative staff: distinguish document types and generate standard docx.
