About this skill
When to use it
Writer AI Assistant is useful when a rough brief needs to become a structured article. It fits short explanatory posts, tutorials, proposal drafts, or expanded email content where the main issue is turning requirements into a clear outline and then drafting the body. Its value for engineers is not necessarily producing a final draft, but breaking the writing process into reviewable steps: constrain the goal, confirm the structure, then generate the text. It is not intended for research-heavy writing, fact-checking, citation management, or complex brand-guideline compliance unless the user supplies those materials.
How it works
The skill follows a fixed workflow:
- Confirm the topic the article must answer or explain
- Confirm the style, including tone, audience, and formality
- Confirm the length target, such as a minimum, maximum, or approximate word count
After that, it produces a concise outline, typically starting from a small set of key points, and then writes the full article section by section. The final response uses a predictable format with **主题**, **大纲**, and **正文**, which makes it easier to review, copy, or iterate on the draft.
Practical limits
Because the output depends on the input constraints, vague prompts such as “write about X” may lead to generic results. More specific requests about reader, purpose, and length produce more stable drafts. If you already have source material, treat it as a draft generator; if factual evidence is missing, you still need to add sources, data, and conclusions manually. The skill should be treated as a structured writing assistant, not as a source of facts, data, or business context that has not been provided.
Use Cases
- Draft an internal tool tutorial and confirm audience and length first.
- Turn product launch notes into a formal email body with a three-point outline.
- Generate a structured incident review draft and expand it section by section.
- Write a customer explanation with specified tone, length, and core question.
Best For
- Technical writers who need to turn scattered requirements into a first draft.
- Product managers who must turn launch notes into formal customer emails.
- Engineers who need to expand incident review notes into a structured draft.
- Support specialists who must explain changes within a set length limit.
