About this skill

Problem

Syncing local data or task output to DingTalk AI Table (Notable) often requires juggling DingTalk open-platform credentials, access tokens, baseId, sheetIdOrName, records shape, and exact column-name matching. This skill packages that write path into a repeatable workflow: provide the target sheet and records, then bulk-write them and receive the document link.

Workflow and limits

  • Credentials: includes default appKey, appSecret, and operatorId; custom values can be passed via --app-key, --app-secret, and --operator-id.
  • Required parameters: baseId, sheetIdOrName, and records. records is a JSON array, and each record's keys must exactly match the DingTalk sheet column names.
  • Key steps: fetch an access token from the accessToken API, then call the Notable records API, and finally return a document link such as https://alidocs.dingtalk.com/i/nodes/{baseId}.
  • Caveats: missing columns, type mismatches, insufficient operatorId permission, or network failures can affect the result; the skill handles token refresh and retry logic, but it does not replace correct permission setup.

Use Cases

  • After a job finishes, write generated JSON records into a specified Notable sheet using exact DingTalk column names.
  • After consolidating local files, write records once into a fixed worksheet in a shared DingTalk AI Table.
  • When debugging sync failures, locate issues using missing-column, type-mismatch, or permission error messages.
  • When a shareable link is needed, retrieve the DingTalk AI Table node URL after the write completes.

Best For

  • Operations owners maintaining business ledgers: write repeated metrics and notes into one DingTalk AI Table.
  • Data-sync engineers: bulk-write job results to Notable and retain a trackable document link.
  • Support engineers debugging integrations: locate issues using column, type, or permission error messages.
  • Product managers managing shared sheets: record approval or inspection results into a specified worksheet.
