About this skill

Problem

Government digitalization decks often have three failure modes: vague advice instead of usable copy, weak page logic, and weak policy or compliance framing. ppt-design-digital targets product pitches, planning proposals, and project status reports, constraining model output into page-level titles, bullets, speaker notes, data labels, and visual guidance.

How It Works

The skill follows a seven-step workflow with hard material checks:
- Needs and structure: confirm audience, government level, duration, and narrative, such as SCQA, pyramid principle, or timeline.
- Copy generation: each page provides a declarative title, 3-5 concise bullets, paste-ready notes, and data-first phrasing instead of adjectives.
- Visual standards: it recommends fonts, color palette, layout, and chart types, using constraints like three colors, two fonts, and concise text blocks.
- Government context: it prioritizes policy alignment, compliance framing for MLPS, cryptographic assessment, Xinchuang, auditing, and role-specific emphasis for leaders, business teams, IT centers, finance, and reviewers.

Scope and Limits

It outputs copy and design guidance, not a .pptx file. When company materials, project outcomes, or quantified results are missing, it asks for them instead of inventing data. Best for teams with basic materials that need a fast, structured reporting draft.

Use Cases

  • Prepare a government digitalization pitch for bureau leaders, turning policy context, pain points, and value into 12-15 copy-paste-ready PPT pages.
  • Draft a planning or construction proposal for expert review, using a pyramid structure to cover conclusions, budget, risk controls, and speaker notes.
  • Before a quarterly project report, organize milestones, operating metrics, and risks into a 10-12 page timeline deck grounded in data.
  • When one page is weak, rewrite its title, bullets, and notes, then provide concrete color, font, chart, and layout recommendations.

Best For

  • Pre-sales or solution consultants pitching to government clients, who need product materials turned into policy-aligned, case-backed page copy.
  • Government IT project managers preparing review materials, who need plans, outcome metrics, and risk responses structured into a report-ready deck.
  • Business staff responsible for departmental reporting, who need scattered operational notes rewritten into declarative titles and paste-ready bullets.
  • UI or content designers reviewing visuals, who need actionable font, color, and layout fixes based on explicit PPT constraints.
