AlignerPRD Requirement Alignment Collaboration Platform

Problem

Products, engineers, and vendors often review separate artifacts: a PRD on one side and a Demo on the other. The document may say that a failed load should show a retry button, while the Demo has no matching control, and a vendor cannot easily map a delivered interaction back to a requirement. AlignerPRD addresses this alignment gap by binding PRD.md to an interactive Demo in a single dual-panel HTML file, using data-section-id anchors to link PRD sections and UI modules with hover or click navigation.

How It Works

• Confirm the target surface first: mobile, desktop, both, or responsive, to avoid layout rework.
• Select constraint packs: use built-in WeChat Mini Program specs, Material Design, or custom design constraints.
• Clarify like an engineer: probe empty states, errors, permissions, interaction, data limits, metrics, and tracking, then write answers back into the matching PRD sections.
• Generate the dual panel: the Demo appears on the left, while the PRD is organized into nine sections on the right, with feature cards retaining priority and acceptance criteria.
• Write back collaboration notes: when a reviewer describes an issue, the AI maps it to the relevant module, appends [Collaboration Note], and increments the version.
• Close acceptance loops: mark modules as pass / fail / partial and export an acceptance report.

Boundaries

Use it for requirement review, vendor alignment, outsourced delivery acceptance, and cross-role walkthroughs. Avoid it when you only need a fast prototype, copy or color edits, a multi-file engineering project, or a PRD without Demo linkage. The output includes a fixed view switcher and a xiaomi created watermark by default.
