Problem

Review reports for construction organization designs and specialized plans often miss two things: issues are summarized without traceable locations, and sections drift away from a fixed checklist. This skill constrains the output into a verifiable report, so severe, general, and minor findings can point to specific chapters, clauses, and quoted original text.

How It Works and Where to Use It

It produces seven mandatory top-level sections: review summary and overall suggestions, text conformity, content completeness, compliance, project-specific applicability, defect checklist comparison, and skill augmentation feedback. Each audit module starts with a short overview, then lists issues in a table with fields such as location, current text, problem explanation, and improvement suggestion. Section six checks the 17 common severe-defect clauses and dynamically adds professional-specific defect tables based on the plan classification. Section seven requires classifying issues, matching existing review entries, and writing augmentation suggestions only after user confirmation.
Use it for report templates, output validation, and review checklists. It does not replace normative interpretation or complete professional plan review. If the plan classification or matching professional skill is missing, the dynamic defect checklist may be incomplete, and AI findings still require manual verification.
