Problem

Software copyright filing often fails on consistency, not on the form itself. Fields such as software name, version, development completion date, and first publication date may drift between the application, source code document, and user manual. Source-code formatting issues, such as fewer than 50 lines per page or improper front/back 30-page extraction, can trigger corrections. For developers, IT teams, and enterprises, these delays make it hard to build copyright certificates in time for high-tech enterprise certification or project applications.

How It Works

The skill follows the filing workflow in five parts. It starts with software identification and classification, distinguishing original, modified, or translated software and checking key dates and version numbers. It then guides material preparation, for example the source-code document should have at least 50 lines per page and use a continuous front 30-page plus back 30-page excerpt, while the software manual should be at least 15 pages and include UI screenshots. It covers online filing, including account registration, application form completion, PDF upload, paper document mailing, and fee checkpoints. When a correction notice appears, it maps common causes to application fields, source code, manuals, identity documents, or authorization letters, and suggests targeted fixes. It also extends to certificate maintenance, including information changes, assignment or licensing, and use cases for company certification and project filings.
