About this skill
Problem
During supplier onboarding, credit review, or due diligence, corporate data is often scattered across Qichacha, Tianyancha, and public web pages. Manual comparison is slow and can misclassify missing data as poor performance, or treat an ST label as a risk signal for a non-listed company.
How It Works
The skill follows an auditable credit-rating workflow:
- Detect qcc-company and tyc-mcp, preferring Qichacha and using Tianyancha when needed.
- Confirm registration and is_listed first, then query financials, shareholders, executives, changes, annual reports, contacts, and branches.
- Use WebSearch only to supplement dimensions such as IP, hiring activity, and public opinion.
- Score 12 dimensions with listed/non-listed weights; a major-risk veto outputs a numeric 0.
- Generate a Markdown report that marks actual, partial, and inferred scores.
Boundaries
It is a structured credit reference, not legal due diligence or audit. If both MCP sources are unavailable, it requires a corporate data source instead of falling back to web search alone. Data freshness depends on provider APIs, and rate limits require retrying later.
Use Cases
- During supplier onboarding, verify registration, equity, litigation, and operational risks from Qichacha or Tianyancha to produce a credit report.
- In pre-loan review, run the 12-dimension credit score, detect veto triggers, and output grade and score.
- During investment due diligence, apply listed or non-listed weights, check financials, governance, IP, and public opinion, and prepare working papers.
- During renewal assessment, fill missing patent, hiring, and reputation data with public sources and mark inference basis.
Best For
- Procurement managers handling supplier onboarding: need a quick credit report with score, grade, and risk items.
- Credit risk officers at banks or lenders: need pre-loan checks for abnormal operations, blacklist records, and equity issues.
- Investment analysts: need registration, financial, reputation, and IP information compiled into comparable due-diligence workpapers.
- Legal or compliance staff managing renewals: need counterparty status, litigation risk, and disclosure transparency checks.
