About this skill

Problem

Cross-border Amazon listings often stall on repetitive work: extracting selling points from product photos, drafting English bullets, adding German/Japanese copy, and validating Amazon character or byte limits. Missed specs, inconsistent tone, or oversized keywords can cause rework before launch.

How It Works

The skill treats a product image as input and uses multimodal visual recognition to identify category, material, finish, key features, installation method, and shape. It first outputs a recognition summary for confirmation, then generates a US English Amazon listing:
- Title: kept under 200 characters, using [Your Brand] instead of inventing a brand.
- Bullet Points: five feature-benefit lines.
- Description: A+ style overview, specifications, and what’s included.
- Search Terms: within 249 bytes, covering synonyms, spelling variants, and common Spanish terms.
It then produces German and Japanese versions with market-appropriate tone: German copy favors precise parameters, while Japanese copy emphasizes quality and detail. Finally, it generates a python-amazon-sp-api Dry Run script that simulates SP-API feed submission without requiring a real external API call.

Boundaries

It fits kitchen, bath, and hardware products whose specs can be inferred from images. Uncertain parameters are marked [please confirm]; it does not invent ASINs, prices, or UPCs. The push script runs in dry-run mode by default, so live publishing still requires Amazon credentials and manual review.

Use Cases

  • Before launching a kitchen faucet, generate English title, bullets, and backend keywords from a product image.
  • Rewrite confirmed bath accessory selling points into German and Japanese with market-appropriate tone.
  • Validate that English titles stay under 200 characters and backend keywords stay under 249 bytes.
  • Before publishing, generate a push script that dry-runs the Amazon listing data to be submitted.

Best For

  • Cross-border e-commerce operators: listing Amazon products and turning product images into English titles, bullets, and keywords.
  • Multilingual content editors: rewriting kitchen and bath product copy into German and Japanese while preserving specs.
  • E-commerce developers: generating an SP-API dry-run script before publishing to check listing data structure.
  • Independent sellers: extracting image-based selling points to avoid manually compiling specs and backend keywords.
