The write-up is expected to go beyond announcements by explaining technical context, core contributions, and likely impact. The final output is a Markdown report where each item includes a title, summary, analysis, and source link.
Boundaries
This skill is best used as a daily AI radar focused on the current day or last 24 hours. It is not a substitute for long-form competitive analysis or exhaustive literature review.
