About this skill

Problem

Chinese commercial ad copy, livestream scripts, feed ads, and package claims often mix absolute terms, efficacy claims, patent/citation errors, and misleading promotion. Manually checking the Advertising Law, Internet Advertising Measures, and Anti-Unfair Competition Law can miss items and produce uneven evidence chains.

How It Works

The skill splits review into prechecks and step-by-step checks: it first tests whether the content is a commercial ad under the four attributes, then confirms the placement channel and loads relevant rules from references/. It covers four-level findings, penalty references, patents and citations, special categories, internet ads, and medical ads; images are checked for prohibited elements, embedded text, and misleading cues. Before output, each finding must map to a specific clause, and the report is validated with validate_report.py or a checklist.

Boundaries

It provides preliminary compliance reference only and is not legal advice. The tool does not proactively verify external facts such as patent status, data sources, or link truthfulness; such gaps are marked UNSURE. For content over 2000 words or multi-product campaigns, submit in segments and route key risks to a qualified lawyer.

Use Cases

  • Before launching feed ads, review product selling points to locate absolute terms and false-promotion risks.
  • Before publishing livestream scripts, check medical, health-food, and endorser wording against special rules.
  • After designing packaging or posters, inspect prohibited visuals, embedded text, patent numbers, and comparative claims.
  • When re-reviewing revised ads, verify that previous hard violations were fixed against specific statutory clauses.

Best For

  • E-commerce brand counsel: compare multiple copy drafts against advertising, anti-unfair, and internet ad rules before release.
  • Internet operations staff: screen feed, splash-screen, and livestream scripts before launch for preliminary compliance.
  • Medical-device or health-food marketers: verify efficacy claims, special-category bans, patents, and visual risks.
  • Content review leads: standardize four-level findings and check that revision guidance is specific and actionable.
