• Bid search: search_bids filters by keyword, region, amount, and time; get_bid_detail retrieves the full notice body, and search_expiring_projects finds periodic projects nearing expiration; query_bids_advanced supports keywords, keyword_groups, and exclude_keywords for logic such as “company A issued bids containing servers.” match_modes is essential: use caller for a company’s issued projects, winner for wins, tender for bidding participation, sm for product names, and brand for brands.
