About this skill

Problem

35CRM has many modules and scattered endpoints. Calling the API directly requires checking each module's viewId, list path, form fields, and enum values, and it lacks a consistent script entry point, which can lead to invalid query parameters or missing required fields.

How It Works

This skill maps 31 modules—customer management, opportunities, contracts, orders, projects, maintenance, and more—into module_config.json and accesses the platform through Token (PAT) authentication. A typical workflow includes:
- Collecting base_url and token, then validating credentials with scripts/crm_login.py
- Reading listPathMap for the query endpoint and calling scripts/crm_query.py for list requests
- Reading viewIdMap and insertPathMap for creation, then loading the form template and submitting with scripts/crm_form_submit.py
- Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports using generate_reports.py or the documented workflow

Boundaries

The skill defines API operations and scripts, but does not store user data. Query results and generated reports must be written to workspace or a user-specified directory, not the skill directory. Check module-specific docs such as customer.md, sale-chance.md, and agreement.md for complex fields and enums.

Use Cases

  • After a customer visit, sales query customer, contact, and follow-up lists and create a follow-up record.
  • Presales check opportunity stage and quotation lists, then create a new quotation for an active deal.
  • Delivery staff search install, repair, and maintenance tasks and create maintenance work items.
  • Operations summarize schedules and plan summaries from sales data to produce daily or weekly reports.

Best For

  • CRM admins who need to extract customer, opportunity, contract, and order data for analysis.
  • Sales or presales reps who need to log customer and opportunity follow-ups after calls or visits.
  • Delivery or implementation engineers who maintain install, repair, and maintenance task records.
  • Operations leads who consolidate sales schedules and plan summaries into daily or weekly reports.
