How It Works

The skill follows a five-step workflow:

• Issue identification: classify the question into a subdomain, such as housing division, custody, bride-price return, or will inheritance.
• Knowledge-base retrieval: use the search tool to query the required family-law practice knowledge base and extract case facts, holdings, practical points, and document templates.
• External supplementation: add web searches for latest statutory versions, Supreme People's Court guiding cases, or provincial high court opinions.
• Cross-checking: use statutes to define legal rules and cases to show practice; flag conflicts with dates and sources.
• Structured output: organize conclusions by clause number, effective version, case source, and open questions.
