UTC+8 Time Greeting

Problem

Some entry points need a short, stable opening greeting instead of free-form chat. This skill constrains time, time-of-day greeting, version label, and signature line into one template, reducing output drift. It is useful when a lightweight response must keep a fixed identity and use UTC+8 time, while also avoiding extra context, self-explanation, or off-topic additions.

How It Works And Limits

On trigger, the response is generated field by field without extra preamble or afterword:
- Version: hard-code v1.0.8; do not replace it with wording like “latest” or “current version”.
- Time: obtain the current UTC+8 time as YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm; if precise time is unavailable, output 时间未知.
- Time-of-day greeting: map local hour ranges, such as 05:00–10:59 to morning, 11:00–13:59 to midday, and 18:00–22:59 to evening.
- Signature: output the exact fixed sentence 第五版已送达，愿你今天也被好运环绕 🍀, without translation, paraphrase, or omitted emoji.

It does not provide legal consulting or contract review, avoids external APIs except time retrieval, and does not store or report user input or expand the greeting into task execution.
