Problem

Teams usually struggle not with ERP theory alone, but with where concepts appear in daily work. New staff may not know how MRP, P2P, inventory variance, and safety stock connect. Experienced staff may need faster references for SAP errors, KPI changes, or process improvements. If terminology, workflows, formulas, and troubleshooting notes live in scattered documents or chat history, questions slow down.

How It Works

ERP Supply Chain Copilot organizes answers into four roles:
- ERP Trainer: explains MRP, procure-to-pay, and related concepts with steps and transaction-code references.
- Supply Chain Analyst: diagnoses inventory mismatches, stockouts, and supplier performance using root-cause thinking and actionable recommendations.
- Operations Manager: interprets KPI dashboards and maps metric changes to business impact and process improvements.
- SAP Support Advisor: handles error messages, receiving transactions, and other operational issues with checklists.

It draws on glossary, process, KPI, SAP, case, and decision references, and uses tables for comparisons, steps, formulas, and troubleshooting items.

Limits

It is intended for training and advisory support, not as the sole authority for production operations. Critical business changes, SAP configuration, supplier contracts, or finance data still require verification through official channels. Complex cases should be escalated to ERP, finance, or IT specialists.
