About this skill
The Gap: Beyond Business Registration
Traditional enterprise checks often rely on registration data to show owners, qualifications, and legal status. They still may not answer which customers a company truly serves, whether it won real bids over the past two years, or how its project track record compares with rivals. A bidding-perspective check adds transactional evidence by linking customers, suppliers, competitors, and business scope to public tender and award records.
How the Skill Works
Given a company name, the skill calls the Zhiliaobiao MCP API to produce a structured background report. The main workflow includes:
- Entity resolution:
search_companymaps aliases to one confirmed subject. - Baseline profile:
get_company_profileandget_company_business_keywordssummarize industry, scale, and business keywords. - Ecosystem mapping:
get_company_partnersshows customer and supplier relationships. - Award strength:
search_bids,query_bids_advanced, andaggregate_bids_advancedaggregate recent award counts, amounts, regions, and flagship projects. - Competitive set:
find_competitorsderives real competitors from overlapping bids and adds light profiles. - Public risk:
WebSearchchecks official sites, news, litigation, and administrative penalties, with source links. - Contacts:
get_company_contactsis optional and remains in the backend privacy format.
The output starts with a conclusion card, then renders a shareable HTML report and a citation appendix. Amounts, counts, company names, and URLs must come from API responses, and signed URLs must be preserved exactly.
Boundaries
It fits supplier selection, competitor analysis, and due diligence centered on a company. If the input is a specific tender, sales lead, or raw announcement search, route to bid decision, opportunity radar, or bidding query tools instead. The report states data boundaries: missing data is not negative evidence; litigation and penalties are described as public information only, with no qualitative accusations; contact details must not be reconstructed or bulk-exported.
Use Cases
- Before selecting a security engineering supplier, review its recent awards, customer mix, and project track record.
- When comparing us with a rival, identify gaps by overlapping bids and shared customers across regions and project types.
- Before reporting partnership risk to leadership, summarize litigation, penalties, and news with source links.
- Turn a one-time check into continuous tracking by reviewing new awards and new customers for a target company.
Best For
- Supplier selection leads: need a fast view of real delivery capability and stable customer structure.
- Pre-sales and solution managers: need rival project history, regional coverage, and shared customers for comparison.
- Operations or BD leads: need traceable risk and public-information summaries for leadership.
- Bidding analysts: need to turn a one-time check into weekly monitoring of new awards and customers.
