About this skill
Problem Addressed
Valuing a listed company often collapses into PE comparisons or a single multiple, making it hard to answer what the intrinsic value is, which assumptions move the result most, and whether the model can be audited. This skill targets investment research, M&A pricing, and IPO reference workflows, connecting a target company’s historical financials, market data, and consensus estimates to a DCF framework with traceable outputs.
How It Works and Boundaries
It uses the Hengsheng Juyuan MCP data source and covers listed-company valuation diagnostics, M&A pricing, and investment-value analysis. The workflow includes data-quality checks, Excel model construction, formula validation, report generation, and PDF conversion. Deliverables include an interactive Excel model and Markdown/PDF reports: calculation cells use live formulas, blue font marks hard-coded inputs, a Case Selector switches bear, base, and bull scenarios, and sensitivity analysis covers WACC versus terminal growth. Provide the target company name at minimum, with optional valuation purpose, assumptions, or focus areas. If at least five years of financial history, Beta, risk-free rate, or consensus data are missing, the output may rely on backfills or industry proxies; review the data-source footnotes, attribution notes, and disclaimers, and keep the run-specific temporary data directory for traceability.
