About this skill
Problem
In civil litigation, AI support often stops at prompt-driven drafting, without a traceable factual base or stage gates. This skill decomposes a practicing lawyer’s workflow into two procedural paths: first-instance civil litigation 1–7 and second-instance appeal A0–A6. It selects a partial scope using procedure, start_stage/end_stage, or start_phase/end_phase, so it does not require loading every material from scratch.
How It Works
The core goal is not to replace lawyers, but to build a record reading, evidence analysis, strategy formation, drafting, and quality review workflow. Each stage reads the required case file, builds a fact timeline, and ties key facts to fact_id, source role, original location, and verification status. Legal sources must be checked against current authoritative text, marked as verified or reference-only. First-instance covers pre-litigation analysis, subject verification and preservation, filing or defense, trial, and delivery; second-instance covers entry and deadlines, original judgment analysis, appeal audit, incremental procedures, document packs, hearing or questioning, and final delivery. A stage advances only after its quality gate passes.
Boundaries
It is limited to specific Chinese first- and second-instance civil cases, not criminal, administrative, retrial, enforcement, pure consulting, or contract drafting. AI output is only a working draft; fact-finding, legal application, final drafting, and external submission remain the lawyer’s decision. For specialized matters such as cross-border, IP, maritime, or bankruptcy-derived litigation, mark specialist_review_required=true and wait for specialist review.
