Nursing QCC Proposal DOCX Generator

Problem

Nursing QCC proposal reports often require organizing citations, abstracts, DOIs, PMIDs, or URLs and supplementing recent real literature. Manual drafting can lead to list-like research status, inconsistent QC STORY judgments, and references that do not meet GB/T 7714-2015. The skill structures topic details, citation clues, and search options into JSON, then generates an editable Word document.

Workflow

• Input: topic, department, organization, project duration, existing references, and options such as enable_auto_search, target_total, and year_from.
• Literature processing: organizes user-provided references; supplements recent literature when needed and creates *_literature_report.json.
• Writing constraints: follows the nursing QCC research proposal template; separates domestic and international status; uses a table for QC STORY judgment; defines team roles and responsibilities; anchors current-status investigation to evaluation indicators.
• Output: a .docx proposal, literature report, and recent 10 history records.

Boundaries

Best suited when the topic, department, organization, and some citation clues are already defined. Auto-supplemented literature still needs manual verification for metadata, DOI, abstracts, and citation style. Team details are drafted from project needs and must be confirmed with real members. If core evaluation indicators or literature are insufficient, completeness may be limited.
