About this skill

When turning domain knowledge into reusable material, the hard part is often not collecting notes, but making concepts structured, terminology precise, and examples specific enough to be referenced later. This skill frames the output as an interactive HTML professional dictionary rather than a long article or slide deck.

How It Works

  • Requirements: confirm the domain, entry count, password lock, and output path; by default it targets 40–60 core entries.
  • Architecture: split the domain into 5–9 non-overlapping chapters using a MECE approach, ordered from basics to cross-domain application.
  • Content: each entry uses comparison tables, flow steps, code/formula blocks, Callouts, or diagrams, with emphasis on copy-paste prompts, de-identified real scenarios, and concise quotable insights.
  • Integration: render a single self-contained HTML file with inlined CSS/JS, including search, dark mode, accordion entries, and sidebar navigation.

Boundaries

  • Best for lightweight knowledge products in product, finance, AI, design, or similar domains.
  • Not suited for real-time data, external APIs, fine-grained permissions, or multi-user collaborative editing.
  • Examples must be anonymized; keep only roles, magnitudes, or generalized descriptions rather than identifiable customer details.

Use Cases

  • Create a searchable HTML glossary for new-hire finance training, with definitions, good/bad examples, and prompts.
  • Turn AI prompt-engineering notes into a single-file deliverable with chapters, code blocks, and copy-paste templates.
  • Present a product knowledge system to clients using interactive entries, live search filtering, and dark-mode reading.
  • Convert internal terminology into client-safe training material with role-based cases, magnitude descriptions, and quotable lines.

Best For

  • HR business partners designing new-hire training who need searchable, presentable learning materials for role-specific concepts.
  • Product managers curating product knowledge who need scattered terminology and best practices turned into a client-facing glossary.
  • Operations leads producing industry content who need domain knowledge split into chapters, contrasts, and quotable lines.
  • Solution consultants running client projects who need technical capabilities packaged as a demonstrable, searchable single-page HTML asset.
