What It Solves

Education informatization tender announcements are scattered across public resource trading platforms, government procurement sites, local portals, detail pages, and attached files. Manual review can miss budget amounts, deadlines, qualification requirements, scoring rules, and risk notes, making it hard to separate school or education-authority projects from medical, public-security, or other non-education projects.

How It Works

The skill performs batch retrieval and structured extraction from public announcements. It locates candidate links with keyword-based search, fetches detail pages, and extracts fields such as title, announcement type, dates, budget, deadline, purchaser, agency, project number, and source link. When attachments are enabled, it can summarize qualification requirements, technical parameters, scoring rules, service requirements, delivery timelines, payment terms, and risk flags. It then applies the edu_it_keywords.yaml keyword library to classify product lines, score relevance, and assign opportunity priority, exporting CSV data and Markdown reports. If verification challenges appear, it follows a fallback path from direct scraping to browser mode and user takeover.

Boundaries

It is suited for lead screening and initial filtering of education informatization tenders, not as a substitute for legal review or formal bid-compliance checks. Scores and priorities depend on keyword coverage and page quality; excluded terms reduce scores rather than delete records. For non-standard sites, complex attachments, or strong anti-scraping behavior, manual review is still required.
