Problem

HR documents are not just template filling. Employee handbooks, labor contracts, policies, and companion forms must keep chapter structures complete, fields consistent, and clauses such as probation, working hours, social insurance, and termination aligned with legal constraints. A plain model response can miss required sections, leave placeholders behind, produce unusable formatting, or create diagrams that drift from the policy text.

How It Works

HR Document Officer targets HR documentation workflows by combining content structuring with external skill execution:
- Single document generation: detects the document type, selects a template for handbooks, contracts, policies, or SOPs, and passes requirement, outline, and delivery checkpoints before producing docx files.
- Batch form generation: generates contracts, amendment agreements, renewal notices, termination notices, acknowledgements, and other forms in business-dependency order, then runs audit on each file.
- Swimlane diagrams: loads diagram-drawing to create draw.io XML and outputs a previewable html page.
- Document-plus-diagram workflows: extracts decision nodes, responsible departments, and artifacts from the document first, then generates the swimlane diagram to reduce mismatches.

Boundaries and Notes

This skill does not perform numeric tasks such as compensation calculation or performance scoring. Labor-law clauses require review by hr-legal-compliance. If docx or diagram-drawing is unavailable, the documented fallbacks include Markdown or Mermaid-style text outputs. It fits teams that need deliverable HR documents, companion forms, and process visualization.
