How It Works

Pre-review confirmation: locks in the client’s side, full legal party names, urgency, and intended use.
Three-level review: checks macro transaction structure, meso contract form, and micro clause wording, covering validity, authority, approvals, rights and duties, and consistency.
119-risk checkpoints: applies defense lines for parties, formation, performance, and remedies, including standard-form notice, breach relief, notice and service, guarantees, and termination procedures.
Structured output: produces a Markdown report with risk ratings, a modification table, and an overall assessment; for .docx / .doc files it can add Word comments while preserving original formatting.

Boundaries
