Card Note Organizer

Problem

Raw notes are often loose text, web excerpts, or document fragments: readable, but hard to search, reuse, and connect. Card Note Organizer converts this input into a consistent structure, reducing the case of notes that exist but cannot be found or reused.

How It Works

• Input: supports pasted text, file paths, and URLs; mixed multi-note input is split into independent items first.
• Structure: each card is filled with title, tags, one-sentence summary, key points, insight, key diagram, and source; insight and diagram are optional when absent.
• Output: can produce a Markdown file, or write to Reminds or Obsidian; supports batch cards, tag indexes, and csv/json export.
• Quality rules: parallel items prefer tables, unknown sources are omitted, and Reminds output must pass HTML structure checks before writing.

Boundaries

• File output is ready to use; Obsidian requires a vault path; Reminds requires an API key.
• It is better at structuring existing material into searchable cards than inventing missing facts.
• Original images are scanned to keep core diagrams and drop decorative ones; local images for Reminds must be converted into embeddable form.
