How It Works

The skill organizes the taskbook into seven modules: basic information, objectives and indicators, research content and technical route, implementation and support, budget and schedule, IP and benefits, and attachments. It works in three modes:

Drafting: generates a full draft or a selected module from project materials and guide requirements, with emphasis on quantified indicators and a clear technical route.
Review: diagnoses an existing taskbook against a six-dimension evaluation engine and outputs a summary, dimension-level findings, and a prioritized revision list.
Dialogue completion: asks structured questions when inputs are incomplete, instead of fabricating missing facts.
Budget audit: when budgets, funding sources, or calculation bases are involved, it prompts the finaudit-agent workflow and integrates the result into the budget module or review scoring.

Boundaries

It is best used for structuring project applications, mid-term checks, or pre-review rewrites. Examples and cited materials must be de-identified, and final budget or compliance decisions should remain with human experts.
