One Person Company breaks the repetitive writing work of running a solo business into five tracks: content creation, business operations, product development, customer service, and personal productivity. It is less a generic chat prompt and more a reporting pipeline that turns existing articles, chapters, guides, code changes, skill docs, and work notes into deliverable Markdown files. For maintainers who need monthly digests, product descriptions, FAQs, and weekly reports, it reduces the back-and-forth of reorganizing material across documents.

How It Works and Where It Bends

The skill is triggered by direction, for example generate monthly, FAQ, or product iteration. It reads configured local sources such as F:\Skills, .workbuddy\memory, and the skill source directory, then generates the matching output. Model selection falls back from qwen2.5:latest to deepseek-r1:7b or llama3.1:latest as needed. Reports are written to F:\Skills\opc_reports with date-based file names.

Keep in mind that it depends on local files and connected data sources. If Ollama is unavailable, a direction lacks data, or Tencent Docs is not connected, the result may be a raw summary, inferred content, or local Markdown rather than automatic publishing, syncing, or external data collection. It fits best for turning existing material into drafts, not for inventing a complete business workflow from zero.
