Problem

Clinical narratives are often scattered across consultations, notes, interviews, and physician reflections. This skill turns medication, treatment, diagnosis, test, and doctor-patient communication prompts into autobiographical, parallel-chart, or reflective narrative material, then structures a standardized parallel chart.

How It Works

It first identifies core themes such as symptoms, medication reactions, treatment experiences, test wait anxiety, and emotional needs. It then classifies the narrative subject into groups such as chronic disease, cancer, elderly, pediatric, perinatal, post-surgical, critical care, or palliative care. Where supported, it can use literature or medical-advice capabilities to summarize treatment context, and organizes the account around milestones such as T0-T4. The final docx output follows a template with basic information, narrative structure, source material, and a seven-part parallel chart covering diagnosis, treatment response, emotion, family support, doctor-patient interaction, turning points, and reflection.

Limits

Use only fictional or de-identified material; do not include identifiable real patient details. Medical claims should be separated from narrative description and supported by evidence-level-appropriate sources. For mental health, palliative, or critical-care narratives, pay close attention to cultural sensitivity and emotional framing.
