Shaanxi Cost Audit Statement and Summary Comparison Generator

Problem

Cost audit delivery often requires turning Glodon audit-comparison exports into reviewable audit statements and summary comparison tables. Manual layout can miss items, mix definitions, and letting a model directly write .docx / .xlsx often produces renamed Markdown or HTML files that cannot be opened. This skill targets Shaanxi pricing rules and converts reports exported from Glodon in “pure data mode + single Excel” into a stable audit statement DOCX and an audit detail XLSX with four sheets.

How It Works

The skill uses run_pipeline.py as the main entry point and runs a fixed pipeline: it detects GBQ7, 09 single-suite, 25 double-suite, or flat fallback, extracts data from core tables such as the project audit summary comparison table and the bill-of-quantities pricing table, and builds a JSON cache; then it generates the summary comparison workbook, a data closure check report, the audit statement DOCX, and number checks. Key constraints include: all numbers must come from source files, unclear definitions are marked as MISMATCH for manual review; DOCX and XLSX outputs must be generated by scripts and validated to begin with PK; default layout, section order, and table fields are fixed by templates and code.

Boundaries

This skill is suitable for “audit statement + 4-sheet audit detail” output, not review summary tables or pure GBQ7 cost-structure analysis. Input must contain core tables such as the engineering audit summary comparison table and the bill-of-quantities pricing table. If source data is missing, format is unrecognized, or the quality gate fails, the skill degrades to a “pending review” draft rather than inventing amounts.
