About this skill
Problem
Social media links often hide the useful parts: video descriptions, article bodies, and supporting files. Keeping them in one place, extracting the text that matters, and maintaining a searchable record are repetitive manual tasks.
How It Works
The skill takes a link, detects the source, and applies the matching parser: WeChat Channels via sph-download, Douyin/Xiaohongshu via yt-dlp, and WeChat Official Accounts via web_fetch to produce Markdown. It also accepts local pdf, pptx, docx, jpg, and png files. upload_to_docs.py handles COS credentials, upload, async import, and progress polling, while add_to_sheet.py writes a row into the 0-index sheet. The index tracks file name, size, entry time, format, source type, source, external-link flag, Tencent Docs URL, and level.
Limits
The Tencent Docs workspace, index sheet, and environment variables must be configured; otherwise indexing is skipped with a warning. Videos are subject to Tencent Docs' single-file limit under 100MB, some Xiaohongshu links may require cookies, and the entry-time field currently depends on the Tencent Docs UI for auto-fill.
