Legal Weekly Briefing for WeChat Official Accounts

Problem

Lawyers tracking court WeChat official accounts face a noisy mix of high-value case analysis, administrative news, recruitment posts, and repeated reprints. legal-weekly-briefing turns the last 7 days of court official-account content and AI-law developments into a readable, searchable, and optionally IMA-imported weekly briefing rather than a generic news digest.

How It Works

The skill starts with channel detection: it prefers WeRead search, supplements with Yuanbao reverse lookup, and explicitly falls back to WebSearch when login states are missing. Key steps include:
- fetching recent posts from configured court accounts and adding 3 AI-law items from WebSearch;
- agent refinement: filtering non-practical posts, de-duplicating across issues, repairing weak abstract values, writing lawyer-oriented recommend notes, and tagging eight evaluation features;
- ranking candidates with a k-NN scorer using dimensions such as case_density, norm_anchoring, and actionability;
- tiering output into a 10-item close-read section, a radar section, and IMA import for court-source entries scoring at least 6.5.
The deliverables are Markdown and a fixed light-mode HTML briefing, gated by verify.py checks.

Boundaries

The skill depends on local login states and IMA OpenAPI credentials, and only supports user-owned personal knowledge bases. Agent refinement is critical for abstracts and recommendations, so it is not fully unattended. If WeRead or Yuanbao are unavailable, content coverage and summary quality may shift.
