About this skill
Problem
Individuals, sole proprietors, and small-scale taxpayers often have to reconcile applicant details, buyer details, invoice items, tax classification codes, tax rates, supporting documents, and invoice remarks when issuing VAT invoices through tax authorities. Required documents and remark requirements vary by service type, such as technical services, labor, lease, transport, and construction, making it easy to miss fields or use inconsistent descriptions.
How it works
The skill organizes the tax bureau invoice-issuance workflow into eight stages:
- Pre-fill: collect applicant, buyer, amount, and invoice type information to create a pre-filled form.
- Document submission: match required contracts, transport orders, lease agreements, or other supporting files by invoice type and generate invoice remarks.
- Pre-review and tax calculation: check eligibility, permitted items, amount limits, special-invoice fields, and tax-rate applicability, then output tax categories, rate basis, and total payable amount.
- E-tax QR authorization: use the electronic tax bureau QR code to complete identity verification, auto-submit the request, and proceed to payment and delivery.
It also supports invoice preview, e-invoice retrieval, verification guidance, retention reminders, and a built-in self-learning mechanism that records execution results to improve later responses.
Boundaries and notes
The skill is intended for tax bureau VAT invoice issuance and does not replace final review by tax authorities. Actual submission depends on the electronic tax bureau, Personal Income Tax APP QR authorization, and online tax payment channels. For cross-border, special-industry, high-value, or unusual transactions, follow local tax requirements.
Use Cases
- After providing labor services, issue a VAT invoice via the e-tax bureau and check the labor contract, invoice remark, and tax payable.
- When a sole proprietor provides technical services, prepare the contract, tax classification code, amount, and invoice type for a pre-fill form.
- When a small-scale taxpayer prepares a construction service invoice, match the construction contract, service-location remark, tax rate, and tax detail.
- After receiving application data, preview invoice fields, authorize via the e-tax QR code, and submit the pre-payment application.
Best For
- Freelancers receiving labor income who need to prepare contracts, invoice remarks, and tax calculations for tax bureau issuance.
- Sole proprietors selling technical services who need to check tax classification codes, special-invoice fields, and tax details.
- Accountants handling construction or lease issuance for small-scale taxpayers who need to match supporting documents and preview invoices.
- Business applicants using the e-tax bureau who need to verify invoice fields, tax-rate basis, and QR authorization before payment.
