About this skill

Problem

Personal holdings often sit across funds, HK stocks, wealth-management accounts, and cash. Screenshots usually contain only fund name, market value, holding return, cost, and units, making it hard to see whether the whole portfolio matches a target allocation. Portfolio Lens turns these raw screenshots into a reviewable HTML dashboard for checking cash reserves, defensive assets, core growth, and thematic opportunities.

How It Works

  • Data extraction: reads fund name, market value, holding return, cost, and units from each screenshot; ambiguous numbers are marked as “to confirm”.
  • FX notes: HKD is converted at HKD/CNY 0.925 and USD at USD/CNY 7.25, with user-provided live rates preferred when available.
  • Four-layer classification: money funds and current deposits go to layer zero; gold ETFs, pure bonds, and dividend low-volatility assets go to layer one; broad indices go to layer two; sector ETFs and thematic funds go to layer three.
  • Dashboard generation: renders four tabs from assets/dashboard-template.html — Overview, Funds, HK Stocks, and Wealth/Cash — with structural notes using 🔴, 🟡, and ✅ at the bottom of each tab.

Boundaries

The skill is allocation diagnostic, not trading advice, and does not recommend specific buys or sells. Missing accounts are not guessed; uncertain screenshot fields are listed for confirmation first. If one stock exceeds 15% of total assets, high concentration risk is flagged separately.

Use Cases

  • Turn monthly fund, HK stock, and cash screenshots into a four-layer allocation check.
  • Classify holdings and flag any single stock above 15% of total assets.
  • Produce a shareable HTML dashboard with red, yellow, and green structural notes.
  • Populate four tabs from screenshots and list uncertain fields for user confirmation.

Best For

  • Retail investors managing fund and HK stock accounts who want to check allocation ratios.
  • Personal finance reviewers who need structured dashboards from screenshots.
  • Advisors serving clients who need to present four-layer allocation and risk flags.
  • Finance practitioners tracking cash, bond, stock, and thematic exposure in portfolios.
